perfect for city strolls with nearby parks and attractions

I recently enjoyed my stay here where the friendly staff welcomed me with warm cookies upon arrival, and I loved the fact that I was just a few steps from the fine Vancouver Lookout and the historic Steam Clock, making my weekend explorations so convenient.

Had a real good stay on a business trip, everything was fantastic. Had incredibly comfortable and easy location easy to access to attractions, steps away from Harbour Centre Skyscraper.

The room was really lovely. I especially liked how the bed and the desk area felt 'separated' by the cabinet the TV was on, and the TV could be turned to face in any direction. I felt very comfy and 'at home'. The bed was in a great spot, away from outside walls. I hardly heard any downtown street noise and I slept GREAT.

There was nothing I didn't like... except maybe having to pay extra for internet. And I personally prefer to have spa facilites located in the hotel. But I have no idea about running a hotel, so I don't know how viable these things are.

Good intentions, flawed execution

Staff were friendly and helpful, responding quickly to requests. The location is excellent, just a short walk from key attractions.

Security concerns were troubling. Valet services didn't prevent our car break-in. The mixed-up parking charges during check-out added to a frustrating experience.

the staff were great and had excellent recommendations for places to eat.. even though my husband and i used to live in vancouver, we discovered two new excellent restaurants nearby!

The room was too hot. We could never get the ac to cool the room down, even after maintenance came.

Can't recommend highly enough for a quick break

Comfortable room, friendly staff, offering great amenities like in-room breakfast and a fitness center, with a convenient location just a 5-minute walk from the waterfront for easy exploring.

Central located Hotel with easy access from Airport via Canada Train Line. Walking distance to Canada Place, shopping centres and Waterfront. Suites are very comfortable and spacious. Great Beds and good pillow service.

Fairly clean place with knowledgeable staff and incredibly beautiful view of the harbor. Particularly good location a 10-15 minute walk from Gastown. Also, to the shops in Robson Street. A really nice stay on vacation.

great staff , but minor seating issues

The staff were very friendly. The suite we stayed in was spacious with a nice bathroom. We enjoyed the fine city view from our room.

More senior-friendly seating in common areas would be beneficial.

The staff, from arrival, during stay, room service, when you are leaving, their smile and friendliness excelled. The hotel was very comfortable.

The location is perfect, with Stanley Park and amazing art galleries just a short walk away. The staff was super friendly and the room was spacious. The breakfast in the lounge was a nice touch too.

We were charged for early check-in. They stored our luggage, but it was a little frustrating.

The reservation I made on Booked.net was not the same as I got. I booked a 2 bed room and they did not have that.
